We are currently seeking either full or part time spa coordinators for our 5 star spa.

 The spa coordinator is the first and last impression of the spa and is vital to the fluidity of the day for both the therapists as well as the clients.

Requirements:

Experience RMT needed

Our 5 star spas is seeking experience massage therapist for our growing clientele. We are looking for positive, motivated, professional individuals. We offer training, warm environment, and great opportunities.

Requirements: • Must speak fluent English. • Must be courteous and respectful • Must be dependable and punctual • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude • Current Texas Massage Therapy license is required • Proficient in at least 2 modalities such as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Maternity, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Reflexology, etc.

 Experience Estheticians Needed:

Responsibilities: · Provide an exceptional spa and skincare experience for each client, focusing on results and relaxation. · Build and maintain a relationship with each client and personalize the service and product based on the client’s need and concerns. · Learn and follow Bergamos Spa Retreat procedures, protocols, and product recommendations. · Provide skincare education to all clients. · Develop and communicate recommendations and a treatment program for each client. · Present and encourage purchase of Bergamos Spa Retreat products, advanced services, and upgrades, as a part of the treatment program. · Follow up with clients, monitor changes. · Ensure that the Health and Safety Policies of Bergamos Spa Retreat and state/local regulatory boards are followed. · Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, personally, in the work area, and in all other areas of the spa. Inform management of any issues requiring attention. Some specific job functions and requirements for Personalized Facials: o Review customer intake form and Complexion Analysis o Listen to and address the client’s needs and concerns o Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with the client o Assess the client’s skin condition and requirements: dry, oily, acneic, normal, etc. o Based on assessment, select specific products to apply to the clients skin during the facial o Cleanse, exfoliate, treat (mask), tone, and moisturize the client’s skin. o Provide relaxation treatments while products set
